Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as your workout; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your Peloton Apparel within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Select the items you wish to return, print the prepaid shipping label, and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
